NOTICE REGARDING SHIPPING

We are so sorry, however, due to the significant rise in costs for our insulation and boxes over the past month, we will need to start charging for these materials. This decision was not made lightly, as we understand that it may impact customers who can not be home to recieve deliveries.

In order to help make it easier to use bags instead of boxes, we encourage those who can, to leave a cooler out for your delivery. We will happily use it to put the bags in to keep them cold. In this weather, there is really no need for ice packs. We will be offering free ice packs in the warmer weather for customers willing to leave a cooler out.

Additionally, we want to clarify that we conduct three separate runs for food orders. No orders are sitting in the van for hours. If you've chosen a bagged option, rest assured that your food will not remain in the van all day.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these increased costs, particularly with the additional rise in food product prices and fuel.
